11 Month Update Baby Londyn

It was nearly impossible getting her to lay still for this pictures. So this is the best I could get!

Londyn Bear is 11 months old! Like is this real life?!;)

I know I say this every month, but this is the best, most fun age! She is so much fun, learning new things and making us laugh nonstop. Everyday a little more of her sassy personality comes through and we are loving it. (Most of the time). She does not like to be told no, and will shake her head no back at us.

She is walking everywhere and is getting into everything! She loves music and dances anytime any sort of music comes on. She is still obsessed with Duke and will give him hugs and he will tolerate it for a minute or two.

She loves going on walks everyday in her little red wagon! Every time we go into the garage she points at it and gets excited! It’s our favorite part of the day (not looking forward to the snow).

She is starting to understand things we are saying to her or telling her. She will take my phone or the remote and I will say “can mama have that, that’s not for baby” and she will hand it right to me. If we are laughing she will start to laugh with us.. it’s like a fake laugh but it’s the cutest thing when she does it.

She is still obsessed with puppies and she will make a noise that sounds like barking to me and I will say what does the puppy say and she makes this cute noise.

She is taking great naps, loving her baths and is the pickiest eater. She loves pasta, bread and cheese (just like mom) and refuses to eat any sort of meat! We try to sneak it in to her pasta or veggies. She prefers to feed herself with the baby food pouches since she thinks she is big.

We had Londyn paint for the first time. She was more interested in the paper than the paint but it was a cute activity to have her do.

We had a fun month enjoying all the fall activities! We went to the Chatfield Botanic Gardens for the pumpkin festival. It was a nightmare! Way to many people and just wasn’t how I pictured it going. Of course we had fun and Londyn was a joy and always is the cutest thing. Next year we will chose a more low key pumpkin patch!

We got to celebrate our besties baby boy (Londyns future BF) at a beer and diaper party and Londyn just wanted to play with this puppy the entire time! We can’t wait to meet little Frank in a little over a month!

Can’t believe in a month we will be celebrating Thanksgiving and HER FIRST BIRTHDAY!!

We are in full planning mode for her birthday party and can’t wait to watch her try cake!

10 Month update Baby Londyn

Baby bear is 10 months old! This is my favorite age so far and I know it’s just going to get more fun! She is just the happiest, on the go baby and we are loving every day with her.

Londyn is ALMOST walking! She has taken 4-5 steps on her own. She gets so excited to walk towards us that she only makes it 5 steps and then falls on her bum. But she is definitely ready to go! She is getting so good about playing with all her toys and entertains her self really well. It helps when I am trying to do laundry etc. She loves to push her scooter toys around and gets so excited to go all around the kitchen. She gets upset when Mitch or I try to help her and she likes to do it all by herself, like a big girl. Mitch made her a mint Vespa and it is the cutest thing when she pushes it around.

She is loving her paci (again) she went months without wanting it and basically refusing it. Now she wants it in all the time! Which I guess I should let her have it, she is still a baby! But I don’t wanna deal with a 2 year old still wanting it, so we will see!

Londyn got sick for the first time last week. And that was really rough 😦 We all ended up getting sick and it was so miserable to have a sick baby. Even though she was sick she still was the happiest baby & still wanted to play play play.

Londyn is starting to blow kisses. She loves puppies and waves at every dog we see. She is eating all types of food and loves waffles, bananas, and cheese! She is pretty picky. She doesn’t like any form of chicken, she immediately throws in on the ground (which duke loves)

She gets so excited when duke is outside and barks to come inside. She will crawl right over to me and want me to pick her up to go let him in. She really is obsessed with him. He is still coming around.

We are looking forward to her turning ONE and are planning her party… even though I don’t want it to come TOO fast.. I want her to just stay a baby a little longer. We are also looking forward to all the fun FALL activities coming up in October. Can’t wait to take her to a pumpkin patch and dress her up for Halloween! We attempted to see changing leaves and enjoy the mountains but it was too soon and too hot in Evergreen.

We had family come visit and she loved meeting all her (great) aunties and uncles! In the third picture below she is trying “nethunky” which is a yummy treat my family always makes and she seems to like it!!

9 Month Update Baby Londyn

Londyn is 9 Months old! It is crazy to think in 3 short months my baby will be ONE! (And it’ll be thanksgiving!!)

This past month has been one of my favorites! This little baby doll is just too much to handle. She is the sweetest, sassiest little love bug and I can’t get enough! I am so lucky that I get to spend all day with her watching her learn and grow! It’s my favorite “job” ever!

She continues to change everyday and I am just amazed by how fast she picks something up and how she will copy things so quickly. Mitch will make a noise, like a grunt or a growl and she will do it back to him. They go back and forth for several minutes, it’s so adorable.

She has started to stand by herself not holding on to anything. The doctor said she will be walking in no time! Which I think is so exciting, even though I know she will just get into EVERYTHING. She already crawls so fast and knows when she shouldn’t be doing something cause she will crawl even faster to get to the open cabinet, door, laundry room etc. it’s been tiring keeping up with how fast she is!

She is waving, giving kisses and pointing! She started the kissing by giving her bears & dolls kisses (more like licks, similar to how duke gives kisses) and now it is has turned into open mouth kisses. She thinks it’s a fun game and will give multiple kisses in a row. We love it!

She started pointing in the last couple days. She will point to her books on the shelf and get so excited cause she loves to read books! We have to read at least 3 books before she goes to bed and she gets the most excited when she sees a puppy in the book & she will point to everything in the book!

She is playing peek a boo! She is waving when we say bye, it takes a couple times to get her to do it but she’s starting to understand the concept! She has also started to understand NO. She will shake her head no at me when I say no to her. She knows she isn’t suppose to be doing something. I will say “no fussies” and she will shake her head. It’s actually so cute, she gets away with everything! But she also will shake her head when she is done eating and when she know she shouldn’t be climbing on the tv stand. Our smart girl!

Another one of her favorite things is playing with duke! He will have his ball and she will grab it from him and throw it for him and then clap after he gets it! She throws it a few inches in front of him but she thinks it’s the best game ever. Duke only likes it sometimes 😉

This month has been so fun and so busy! Our best friends came to town and we got to spend a lot of fun time with our auntie Katie! We went to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo which was the coolest zoo we have ever been to! It is definitely worth the drive and we all agreed we prefer to go back to that zoo over the Denver Zoo. Londyn loves the animals and just observes as we walk through!

Another fun thing we did this month was go to the Littleton Museum. Mitch and I remember going here growing up and it was so fun to take Londyn back. We remember it being much bigger but it was a perfect family outing for the 3 of us. We also attended the western welcome week parade! Which we also remember going to since we were Little! I use to cheer in this parade and I loved taking Londyn and pointing out all the cheerleaders! #futurecheerleader 😉

This coming month we are starting a mommy and me tumbling class! And we will start to plan her FIRST birthday party!! Oh man, i can’t even wrap my head around that!

Here are some pictures from our month!:)

This picture I had to share- 9 months IN & 9 months OUT 😉

8 Month Update Baby Londyn

Londyn is 8 months old! We have had a busy summer and we are enjoying it & loving watching Londyn grow & learn something new everyday!
You can see how long this photo session lasted! She wouldn’t lay still and kept grabbing for the flowers! Also, notice in the second picture above how LONG she is!

Londyn is loving puffs(all flavors) and teething crackers. If she is crabby I will give her a teething cracker and it will keep her content for like 20 minutes. And sometimes momma needs that 😉 She is trying anything and everything and it is hit or miss with what she will like. She loves puffs and peanut butter toast! She will eat waffles and yogurt a lot too but some days she only wants puffs!

She is talking up a storm! She will baby talk and occasionally say mama and dada. We don’t know for sure if she knows what she is saying but we like to pretend;) When she is crying it sounds like she is saying mama so I think she knows a little bit!

We took our first trip with Londyn this past month and she had a blast! We went to Florida (this is our annual trip with my family) and it was so much fun having her and my niece Carter Dale there! It was definitely a different kind of “vacation” then we are use to! But so much fun watching the babies play in the water, sand & ocean! The flight was what I was most nervous for, but I kind of had the attitude of “whatever happens, happens” you can’t always control when a baby will cry or get bored but I packed every trick in the book just in case! On the way there we had an early morning flight and she did pretty good. Napped a little, played a little and by the end of the 4 hour flight she was bored and ready to MOVE. It is a task to travel with a baby. So. Much. Stuff. Wow, and TSA doesn’t make it easy to go through security… they have to inspect any form of Milk for the baby which adds 10 mins to your security time, which is already too long. But we survived and on the way home Londyn slept for most of the flight. Mitch and I were able to watch Beauty & the Beast! She did get fussy near the end but mainly cause the flight attendant woke her up and was extremely load for it being 11PM! Overall it was a successful trip! Babies had lots of fun! Can’t wait till next year when she will be big enough to really enjoy the beach!

This past month we have been going on lots of morning walks and last week we went to the park and hung out for a little while. I think Londyn enjoyed having a change of scenery and getting out of the house!

Londyn went through a sleep regression, but I think we are almost through it and she is sleeping so much better again. I think vacation through her off her schedule and she was waking every 2 hours and only wanted to be held. Which was exhausting!
She is also going through separation anxiety which Google says is normal for around 8-10 months. She doesn’t like it when I leave the room and she cries, crawling after me. It is heartbreaking but I guess it’s normal and she will grow out of it. She is definitely a mamas girl and loves spending all day with me 😉

Londyn is climbing on EVERYTHING! She loves to pull herself up on toys, baskets, chairs, the couch. I am constantly telling her no or that she is gonna get hurt. This girl is on the move still. I’m curious what the doctor will say next month about all her moving and climbing. She has even stood on her own for a few seconds, she thinks she is bigger than she is! She loves to play with all her little people toys and follow duke around and steal his ball (she puts it in her mouth every time though, it kills me) she loves reading books and laughs every time we open the page to puppies. She loves dogs, Just like mama! 😉 We watched paw patrol for the first time today and she was clapping and laughing at all the puppies on the tv!
She is just so much fun and definitely is starting to have some sass and her personality is showing more and more. We have been saying we definitely have a little pistol on our hands cause she is sassy 😉
Can’t wait to see all her sass and watch her continue to grow. Still can’t believe she is 8 months old and in 4 months she will be 1!!! Aaahhh, cue the waterworks!

Here are tons of pictures from our trip!

7 Month Update Baby Londyn

FullSizeRender (5)

FullSizeRender (3)

We have a 7 month old! This past month has been the most fun but also the hardest so far! Little Miss Londyn is ON THE MOVE! Oh man, she is so much fun to watch as she learns something new each day and continues to grow. She is the smartest baby and is so happy! I think she has changed so much this month and it has been a challenge to keep up!;)  She is crawling ALL OVER THE PLACE, is climbing up on things, sitting, rolling, clapping, dancing, eating, talking and wants everything she is not allowed to have.

Londyn started crawling on June 15, and now 10 days later. She is crawling everywhere, getting into everything! She thinks its fun to crawl across our living room & climb up our TV stand (see the first owie on her forehead in the  monthly pictures). She took her first fall while trying to climb up the tv stand. She hit her forehead and has a little scratch. Of course, she cried for a minute then was ready to start moving & playing again. And of course, I cried. #badmommoment.     Ever since she started crawling she has been getting into everything. She tries to climb on everything and I can’t seem to leave the room for a minute before she is across the room into something. This has been tough, she has to be watched 24/7 and it is making getting anything done so hard. But she is so cute to watch so I’ll just enjoy it 😉

Londyn does this cute “dancing”, I will say “Dance Dance Dance” & shake my arms in the air and she will shake her arms following me. It is the cutest thing. She is starting to understand the word “NO”. She stops whatever she is doing and will smile (She knows she shouldn’t be doing it) She refuses to keep her bows in for more than 2 minutes. Not sure how I captured some of these monthly pictures, I have to distract her to be able to get a few pictures with the bows in. She still loves the rubber duck toys, loves books & gets excited when she seems animals in any books. She is still obsessed with Duke and now will crawl over to him and he immediately gets up and moves away from her, we think he is worried he will hurt her and she will hurt him.

Londyn is eating solids and loving it! She LOVES her puffs, she would eat those for every meal and loves to share them with Duke. She is also loving Noosa yogurt, anything with bananas, sweet potatoes and has taken sips from my water cup (this is more of a game then for water). It has been so fun to feed her things from our plate and have her try new things! She still gets some purees but she likes to try and fed herself with those as well, which makes a huge mess.

This past month Londyn took swim lessons! We went every Saturday morning for 4 weeks and it was so much fun to take a mommy & me class. The first 2 weeks she was just chilling in the water, holding onto the rubber ducking and soaking it all in. By the last two classes she was splashing in the water, playing with the toys and watching the other kids! It got us so excited to take her to the beach/pool in a few weeks! We are also looking forward to more mommy & me classes 😉

We had a busy month with lots of FIRSTS for baby L! Londyn went to her grandparents house in the mountains for the first time, went to the park and swung on the swings for the first time, swim lessons, celebrated Father’s Day, baby showers, our cousins birthday parties, gender reveal party and enjoying the summer! See some pics from our month below!

We are looking forward to our family vacation coming up in a few weeks and watching learn and grow more everyday.

6 Month Update Baby Londyn

FullSizeRender (3)

FullSizeRender (4)

Londyn is 6 Months Old! HALF A YEAR! Wow, time flies. Londyn turning 6 months old makes me so emotional, I can’t stand how much we love her and how much she has changed everything, in the best way ever. When we were at the doctor for her 6 Month checkup, we saw a newborn baby and I just couldn’t believe how big Londyn looked compared to this newborn. Like what? She was just the newborn (insert ugly cry face). This past month has been the most fun with her, we just watch her play, laugh and make the cutest noises. She is the happiest baby and we just can’t get enough.

Londyn weighs 13lbs 1.5oz and is in the 4th percentile, but is in the 55th percentile for height (going to be tall like daddy??) The doctor says she is growing well and even though she is in the lower percentile she is right on track and is just a little peanut! She is LOVING solids (aka purees baby food). She has tried squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans, bananas, & peaches! And she is loving everything she has tried. It has been so fun to have her at the table with us at dinner and feeding her. We are looking forward to introducing more solids and some real foods! Like cheerios!! (My favorite since I was a little kid)

Londyn is sitting by herself! This has been fun because she can sit an play with her toys for so long and it’s fun to watch her. She is loving ALL bath toys (aka rubber duckies). We don’t use them in the bath, we take them everywhere cause she will play with them for so long. She wants everything she can’t have; cell phone, remote, diapers, wipes.. She is a fiesty little thing. She still is obsessed with Duke.  No matter her mood, Duke can make her smile and laugh. It’s the sweetest thing and I know they are going to be besties! Duke does get annoyed sometimes (He was the only child for 5 years) but he is getting so much better with her and is starting to realize she now has food too and he stands right next to her highchair and licks her hands of all the mess she makes.

The best part of the past month… Londyn sleeping through the night!!! We did a little cry it out method and it has worked! She is sleeping around 9-10 hours a night and it is so nice to have her not waking every 3 hours. (As I type this, I’m scared I’m jinxing myself) She usually wakes up around 5am.. sometimes she will push it till 6 but we are wide awake when daddy gets home from work and have a little family time before he heads to bed. It’s been nice. However, the doctor says I need to push her to sleep later than 5am.. So that is the next step.

We had a busy month with little missy and we are very excited the weather is getting nice and we can enjoy summer! We had the best Mother’s Day and spent the day with my mom. It is so special that we get to spend so much time together and her and Londyn can be so close. We have a busy month ahead full of birthdays, showers, our anniversary & lots of family time! Londyn starts swim lessons next week, we are getting her ready for our vacation in July!

5 Month Update Baby Londyn

FullSizeRender (1)FullSizeRender (2)

Our Baby Angel is 5 Months old!!! Wow, this past month has been so fun with her. Everyday she gets more and more personality and a little more sass! We have been having so much fun with her! She definitely keeps us busy!

This past month she has grown so much and she is ready to be BIG. Which mama is NOT ready for that 😉 She is a wiggle worm, she wants to MOVE! She will always be grabbing for something, wiggling, kicking her feet, shaking her arms. She loves grabbing for our phones, grabbing the remote, anything that she isn’t suppose to have she wants. She has been laughing so much, especially when daddy throws her up in the air (I panic everytime he does it). She loves to watch and pet Duke, he is really starting to come around to her. He will give her the biggest kisses on her face & lick her hands and feet. We are starting to let her lay on him, just so he starts to get use to her climbing all over him. He doesn’t seem to mind too much! She has to have something in her mouth at all times, always slobbering, loves her taggie toy to chew on. She refuses to take her paci anymore, which kills us. It would be nice to have her take it when she is just a little fussy to soothe her, but I guess it is better for the long run. I still try to give it to her daily though. She loves her new activity saucer, it will keep her entertained for quite a while and loves the songs it plays. We will dance to the music and she loves to watch us dance & be silly (anything to hear her laugh). She has rolled over both ways she just isn’t too interested in rolling that often, but she can do it! She is starting to love bath time and is figuring out kicking in the water and how fun rubber duckies are to chew on!

She started trying solids this past month! It has been fun to get her ready for dinner & have her eat her dinner while we are making our dinner. She has tried rice cereal, carrots and squash. Her favorite so far seems to be squash! She makes yummmm noises while eating it. She likes to hold the spoon while I’m feeding her, she really thinks she is bigger than she is. We will move on to the “Green” veggies next! We can’t wait till she can sit in her highchair and be at the table with us! Because that is exactly where she wants to be! When we go out to dinner now we have to take turns eating because she wants to sit at the table with us!

We started to sleep train, a little…. She is sleeping pretty good, still only waking up once a night to eat & will get up for the day around 6:30/7:00AM. We did try the cry it out method, which was so hard on mama. We will try it again if she regresses back to multiple wakes a night. I would like to get rid of the 1 time she does wake up…. but want to avoid the cry it out if I can… **suggestions welcome;)

We had a busy month! We had a wonderful 1st Easter with our families. We went to church and had brunch. She was a perfect angel in church, she slept for most of it and then when she woke up she was just smiling at everyone in the pews behind us. She did get fussy towards the end (1.5hrs was long for me too) so Daddy took her outside to the swingset… where mommy went to middle school! This month we also celebrated my birthday! I wanted low key and it was nice to go to dinner with Mitch while my parents babysat Londyn. She loves hanging out with grandma and grandpa!

We are looking forward to this next month & to see what else she learns and how much she grows! We are going to a mommy & me tumbling class and a mommy & me swim class when she is 6 months old! I think it will be so fun to see her in the pool and we want her to get use to the water for our summer vacation to Florida!

Here are some pictures from our past month!

4 Month Update Baby Londyn

IMG_9214

IMG_9185IMG_9190Our little baby doll is 4 months old. Seriously TIME FLIES!!! I follow a couple people on Instagram who recently had babies (like within the last week) and it made me miss that BRAND NEW baby newborn stage. Being in the hospital and having no idea what we are doing but loving every second of it. I was missing it, I can see why people have multiple children! But I am also loving seeing Londyn grow, learn and play! Everyday she seems to learn something new or do something new! Mitch and I are always like did you see that?? Haha we are loving watching her grow up, even if it is TOO fast!

Londyn is still smiling all the time, starting to laugh; she will giggle at the silliest things & we try everything and anything to make her laugh. She has discovered her hands and toes! She always has her hands in her mouth and is always grabbing her toes (probably to chew on too). She loves playing with her toys, she is about to roll over from back to front and has rolled front to back a few times.

She is now sleeping in her own room in her crib. This was tough for me…. I wasn’t ready for her to be in her room and so far away from me. But it has been good & I think I’m sleeping better since I can’t hear her every move. She is still waking up 1 -2 times a night to eat, which I’m getting use to. But our doctor does want us to try letting her cry it out.. which when she told me that, I cried… I clearly am not ready for that, I don’t know if I ever will be. I will eventually try this, but I need to mentally prepare. She is doing better during nap times and is napping on a schedule & will do at least one nap a day in her crib.

She is going to start solid foods this week! This is exciting to me, I think it will be so fun to watch her trying new foods & having a dinner time with her. She has shown signs of wanting real food.. She will watch us eating, drinking and has just started to grab for things like if we are drinking a water bottle. We are starting with Rice Cereal then will move on the orange veggies, then green veggies, then fruit!

We have been enjoying the gorgeous weather, making us very ready for Summer! We try to take Londyn and Duke on a walk everyday when the weather is nice.  We have been busy seeing family, friends and getting out & about! We are looking forward to more nice weather, Easter, my Birthday & SUMMER! She is such a happy baby, loves to chat & play and is so much fun!

Mitch and I had our first date alone since having her. (We’ve gone out without her & had my parents watch her but this was the first time we did a date alone!) We went and saw Beauty & the Beast! It was my favorite movie as a kid & it was AMAZING! I cried like 3 times & they definitely did the original justice! I can’t wait until we can take Londyn to Disney movies with us!

She was so squirmy & giggling for these monthly pictures. These two show it perfectly.

Our family walks; That pouty lip, gets me everytime!

3 Month Update Baby Londyn

fullsizerender

img_6143

I know I say it every month and will probably continue to say it every month but I can’t believe my baby doll is 3 months old! Time needs to slow down. Before I know it she will be heading off to college (hopefully to become a CSU rammie;))

This month has been the most fun yet! She is starting to get her own little personality, smiles ALL the time & loves to chat to anyone who will listen! I love watching her grow and learn new things every day. It’s crazy how she changes so much every week, even every day!

She has started to recognize my and Mitch’s faces and will always give us the biggest smile when we say “hi!!” She seems to know her name & smiles so big when we call her Londyn Bear. She also recently (within the last week) discovered her tongue! She will smile and stick out her tongue, it’s so adorable. She also found her hands and sucks on them any chance she can. Also, within the last week or so, she no longer loves her paci and fights it every time I attempt to give it to her. She loves to tell stories and chit chat, its so fun to watch her find her voice. We were in the middle of a tax meeting last week and she was just chatting it up. It was so cute, especially since we were in a very quiet office.
She loves her play gym & is starting to grab the toys hanging down. She still loves to sleep on my chest & I’m dreading the day she won’t do that anymore. We are struggling with nap times… She rather be held by mommy than sleep in her crib. Everyday we try to do a little nap in her crib, each day its a little better. But I really don’t mind holding her, I’m soaking up all the baby snuggles I can. She is starting to put everything in her mouth and drolls all the time. This must be a sign of teething to come soon! She is sleeping OK, some nights she only wakes once to fed and others she is WIDE AWAKE at 530AM (Which is so early when you aren’t working) She has completely grown out of newborn clothes and is wearing 0-3 months and some 3 months. She loves to watch the TV, which I’m sure people will disagree with. But I think its the colors & movement that she is drawn to. I have put on the disney channel & we watched Winnie the Pooh, which was one of my favorites as a kid. I can’t wait till she is old enough to love all the Disney movies!!

We had a busy month! We still try to take her as many places as we can. It’s nice to get out, enjoy the weather or enjoy a good happy hour/dinner with the hubs. Last weekend we celebrated Mitch’s 30th BIRTHDAY!! We went to Golden to a couple breweries. And so I could enjoy some beer too… We left Londyn with my parents. This was the first time leaving her with anyone! It was a big deal for me, I cried! I left my parents a long list of “just in case” things & what to do (They thought that was very funny, #controlfreak). Of course she had a great time and everything went perfect. My parents are already asking to watch her again. We also took baby to the Zoo, and went to the Museum, both were so much fun (Obviously, fun for Mitch and I) Can’t wait till she will enjoy those places too         We had a great month and can’t wait to see what this month brings for our little baby and how much she will change!

Londyn Monthly Update

img_8001

img_7989

Londyn is 2 months old! I really can’t believe how fast time is flying by. My baby doll is getting too big too fast! She is such a happy and fun baby. I still can’t believe she is ours FOREVER, like that is crazy how this little babe is mine… all mine. i. love. that!!! She is smiling so much now and starting to make the cutest noises! I will say “HI” and she will make a noise like she is imitating me! She loves to be talked to and loves to talk back & tell stories. It’s so fun to watch her learn new things every day!

She still is loving her swing, her paci, car rides and EATING! I am so blessed that she is a good eater and breast feeding is going so well! She is starting to sleep a little better, we had a few weeks of great and then a few weeks of bad.. I think when she is going through a growth spurt she wakes up a lot more to eat. She is now doing 5-6 hours pretty consistently, which is good with me. We will pray it stretches longer soon. The doctor suggested I move her to her own room to start good sleeping habits, but I am just not ready for her to be in her own room.Maybe at 3 months we will try it.. if I’m ready 😉 She loves being rocked to sleep, likes to watch the TV and be held A LOT! Like right now she is sitting on my lap while I type, momma’s little helper.

We had her 2 month appointment at the doctors this week. The doctor gave Londyn an A+ for her progress/growth! She is in the 60th percentile for height, she is going to be tall like her daddy! She is only in the 6th percentile for weight(9 lbs 4oz), but the doctor said she is still gaining a good amount and she is just a petite little thing. She is starting to grow out of her newborn clothes, which makes me so sad. And she is now in a size 1 diaper… big girl! She loves tummy time (for like 2 mins max) But the doctor was impressed with how well she holds her head up and said most 4 month old’s don’t do it as well! (I was a proud momma) She also has started to roll(kinda fall) from her tummy to her back.. She shocks herself when she does it but it was exciting for us to see!

We had her Baptism this past weekend & It was a special day for all of us. It was fun to get all our family and friends together to celebrate her Baptism & share that special occasion with everyone. The Baptism dress she is wearing is special because my mom wore it for her Baptism and I wore it for mine! Here are some pictures from the Baptism (photo cred to my sister in law Krista & friend Amanda- thanks for snapping these)
